Rare Tesla Bolt - Level up doesn't change the duration

    Level up without actually levelling up anything does not feel good. Levelling up tesla bolt from level 8 to 9 is not changing the duration. I hope we will get a fix soon cos I'm not levelling it up until then. ;)

    it does get some upgrade but it's decimals so it won't show. There's the situation probably just like this: You now have 5,55 sec so it's shown as 5,6. When you upgrade, it gets like 0,09 secs more which means 5,64 and it's shown as 5,6.

    I hope this clears things a bit :) Every item has their specs shown like this but is actually quite long decimal number

    Oh, almost forgot.. You might as well get 0,2 secs more when you upgrade if there is situation as the opposite and it is getting 5,54 --> 5,65 (means 5,5 --> 5,7)

    so yes, it is still worth to upgrade anyway :)
