    What's the percentage mean when using the rail gun?

    When using the Rail Gun the precentage is like its power meter.When the precentage is at 100 it does the maximium damage.But the lower the precentage the lower the damage.

    Jamar forgot to add that you increase the damage by being further away. The closer you are to the enemy when you shoot the less damage you'll do, so try and finish off people at long range with it.

    As per the previous messages; once you get too close to an enemy, you will start to see a percentage of the max damage that the gun will do. The closer you get once you hit that minimum range, the less damage your railgun will do.

    So, to be precise, the minimum range to inflict 100% damage is around the range of 20-25.
