Quests missing rare box

    I have done 11/18 quests. I just logged on and it's saying 12/18 and I have NOT gotten the rare box or done the quests. I am a beginner so only one rare item from the start. Please help. Account name whyjoobiedoobie. Id - 685e3f4b-5f31-40cf-bf8a-0510ef122895
