Quest Frequency

    Does anyone know the frequency that quests are issued? This is the second week in a row I end up 1 short. No new quests on way for nearly 8 hours, same time week ends. Is that the frequency? 3 per day? Or 1 every 8 hours?

    1 quest every 8 hours.

    You can have up to 3 active quests and up to 1 quest in reserve. So whenever you already got 3 quests and 8 hours have passed, you new quest will be in reserve. Whenever you complete a quest, the quest in reserve will instantly show up.
