    Purchased a 49.99 upgrade to Epic 39 level Shield to level 40. My Apple account was charged but I didn’t get the upgrade. Can you check on this for me. Also, my American Flag is not showing on my profile when I play it shows a Question Mark in a blue background. I didn’t make these changes.
