    its like a pulse, how it will eventually heal them full, but only on 1 target.

    Its like if the pulse and the bolt had an apache attack helicopter kid

    cooldown 11.1 (quite fast)

    it's strong, but you have to sacrifice you to heal your friend.

    nah
    repair bolt gets blocked. its slow (projectile)
    compared to this!
    no cooldown
    continuous healing.
    nothings blocks it.
    thing is, you have to be focused.
    where the repair bolt you fire and heal instantly
    with repair bolt, the level gap makes it game changing.
    unless to this, you just have to keep healing.
    (i think this will allow more duck tapes cause it's gonna be replacing pulse so you cant heal yourself, thus, triggereing the duck tape meta)
