Projectile speed vs projectile arc on cannons

    If cannon projectile speed is increased, does that in turn reduce the arc to maintain the same range?

    Or does the projectile simply go up/down faster?

    I think the arc remains the same; only the projectile speed changes. If the arc changed snipers would be railguns :/
