Power cells and Pieces

Since the power cells are later rarely used from Common to rare and then they are collected only senseless, how would it be that you could upgrade or convert this

Upgrade power cells or parts:
25 Common -> 1 uncommon
25 uncommon -> 1 rare
25 rare -> 1 epic
25 epic -> 1 legendary

Or convert Power cells into Parts :
1 Common cell -> 100 Common Parts
1 uncommon cell -> 50 uncommon Parts
1 rare cell -> 20 rare Parts
1 epic cell -> 5 epic Parts
1 legendary cell -> 5 legendary Parts

 

Finally a SATISFYING POWERCELL BURNING IDEA
