Power cell problems

    I've always had enough power cells for evolving, but the last couple weeks have been rough. As I'm down to primarily rare items, and I need as many as 40 cells per evolution, I can only muster 10 power cells per week of playing well over 100 battles. I get a lot of green power cells (2000 in inventory), and have over 100 epic power cells (not enough items to worry about evolving), but rare power cells are exceedingly RARE. Is this normal?

    Thanks for that.... I did a forum search on power cells before this and for whatever reason that thread did not pull up. For me what that means is I need to level up and scrap L21+ greens to get a single blue power cell... at least it's an option.
