Potential Shooter Loadout

So I was thinking about building a five blast shooter once I get my leggy blast. Do you guys think that it's a viable setup? I have a couple of firebombs should I need them, but I've run 4 blast and done pretty well with it. It's OP in 1v1s but sucks against teams. How high do you think I can get?

 

Viable, but wouldn’t say optimal need some big hitters in there

 

I dunno about blast cannons, but I've seen shooters with 4 (or 5, can't remember) snipers.

 

u need something that hits hard and something that can give view

 

I saw shooters that running 2 flare and 3 exp. A very powerful setup in 1v1 but in team fightes not that great of course. Yours is a viable setup but i recomend you to combine that blasts with fire.

 

My old guild leader used to do that... but he plays by rushing into the enemy team every single time :/ However penta blast can be a great build if you play well! It's good for practically all situations, whether against a speeder, enforcer or defender. Just one problem: how are you going to get so many blasts? Unless you spend money you are going to need lots of time and luck! As that guy said:

 

I have a ton of rare blasts. The game literally showers me with them, and I'm getting around one a week. I use them a lot, so I'm close to the legendary, so I only have to build 4 which I have done so already.

 

Thanks for the ideas. @TheAntiSnipe, I will save my next few napalms, and put on a firebomb. (I might still troll occasionally)

 

I use to have 3 maxed out blasts (including lv11 legendary) and it wasn’t worth it at all. It’s better to complement with other types of weapons.

 

railgun, fire bomb/flare, 2x blast cannon/1 E cannon, 1 B cannon,/torpedo 1 mortar (fire bomb counts)

 

I have several swift torps (I love me some 1 slot weapons), and fire bombs, but I cannot use railgun. I don't have one, I refuse to build one, and I hate using them.

 

How about combining all those blasts into one single tier5 blast?

 

fine, use 2 splash
2-3 heavy hitter
1 fire/multi damage (missiles etc)
2-3 cannon
1-2 long range
1 looping item (mortar/missile)

 

I have more than enough to make several t5 rare blasts. Which is why I am looking to make a blast heavy loadout.

 

Thanks for the replies guys. Just so you know, I run a shooter with two swift torps, double blast, and firebomb. I was wondering if 5 blasts works as a setup. I will try it, but I will probably stick to what I know. (I'm still a godly shot with blasts).

 

Hey guys,this is my shooter loadout at Mk4(I will post photo later).

Lv 12 EPIC Firebomb
Lv 12 EPIC Sniper
Lv 21 Rare Cannon
Lv 18 Rare Ballpark Mortar
Lv 8 EPIC Big shield
Lv 17 Rare Turbo

I won 70% of battles with this combo and sometimes it sucks at close range combat.What do u guys think of my shooter loadout?I just need to upgrade my items now

I run 2 BC and 3 napalms primarily.

To the OP, the main problem I see with 5 BC is the cooldown times. You wouldn't be able to fire all of them so you would be wasting a space. 4 BC max is what I would say.

 

After running four firebombs I can say that I have never had more fun with a shooter in my life.
