i need help. I want this to be a helpful place for info for new players

 

Best way to get legendaries fast as f2p is: save for epic box, save guild raffles till piece of right color is in it, get to nightmare, get lucky. Also be a fixer as you get legendary achievements faster.

 

For F2P players whatever you do and as much as u grind, the waves of the bay are gonna be tough for them. All new players need to have a lot of patience to get legendary item. it takes at least 6 to 8 months to get 1 item. So kinda hard to suggest how to stock pile of leggy items unless they wanna pay.

 

You want to churn through Rares as fast as possible. I’ve received quite a few legendary pieces from scrapping Rares.

Always buy the Rare item pieces from the shop. Check and refresh the shop as often as you can. When the shop gets too expensive to refresh, buy commons and scrap them for more Rare pieces.

You should also make sure that you always get your 3 free chest each week from daily quests, and filling out the calendar.

How to get easy legendary:
Step 1: play with rares.
Step 2: hoard ALL epic items. You shouldn't have to scrap them for parts since you're playing with rares.
Step 3: once you get 3 epic copies, level it up to level 30.
Step 4: do 1m damage and get 4th copy.
There's your legendary.

How to get rares.
Buy pieces everytime, finish all quests, go on occasional 50-100k gold common scrapping spree.

 

Yeah. I’m at the stage now where I’m no longer collecting any Rares. I already have all of mine to t5, and I’m starting to transition to all Epics. But I still buy the Rare pieces and combine them, just to scrap. They’re a good source of parts and cells, and you occasionally get Epic/Legendary parts and pieces as a bonus.
