Please help or I'm done

I have invested so much of my time playing this game and spent quite a bit of money as well. I say all that to say that for the past few weeks I have noticed I'm hardly getting any stars and I'm getting the lowest sugar and gold rewards, even though I'm a VIP member, and I cannot figure out how I do more damage or healing then every other person on my team yet I get 0 stars nearly every battle. Can a moderator or dev please fix my account? I'm done wasting hours playing this game just to get minimal rewards after battle. (I am specifically referencing winning battle, in which I do say 5500 healing and 1200 dmg with 1 sink. Yet I'll be at the bottom on the list and get 0 stars when someone who did 3300 dmg with 1 sink will get 2 stars?? Plus I'm getting like 2-3k gold and sugar per win. Wtf!!)

 

Have you dropped a lot of infamy lately? If so, what you are experiencing is an anti-tanking measure, designed to take away the rewards of those who drop infamy intentionally, though it also affects those who are having a really bad day.

I fluctuate in between 350 and 800 ranking

 

Hmm, you're a fixer... that complicates things...
First off, sinking ships does not count toward stars,
and second, all damage is contribution, but not all healing is.
Heal ships doing damage, heal ships taking damage, heal ships that are about to be sunk, etc. Healing contrib is very specific...

 

Ya but the reason I'm a fixer is because I get more than when I play shooter. At least as a fixer I can get a star here and there. Idk....its been frustrating

What was your highest infamy? And post some replays.

 

Look at this! The dude above me has less healing and damage yet scored higher. Wtf battle bay grrrr
I feel like I'm being jipped and it's a waste of my time to try anymore

 

Highest was 1439 or something. But then I upgraded to mk3 and it went down to 350 quick. Now I stay in between 500 and 750 mostly but I keep getting low ass rewards when I'm contributing a ton

Like I said before, you dropped too much infamy, and now your getting penalized.
Maybe post a thread in Strategy and Class Discussion with screenshots of your setups and inventory, and some of your best and worst replays.

Yeah, the penalty for losing infamy isn’t always warranted. Some people try in earnest to win every match, but things don’t always go well. Why should we be additionally punished for having bad WiFi connections, or a series of floaters, or other poor players on our teams?

 

Here is a screen shot that is typical of my record. I lose more than I win, still I get stars when I lose, proving that I put in the effort. I should not receive a punishment for tanking if I did no such thing.

 

Same happens regardless of what boat I’m on. These are my latest battles.
