Please buff big shield

    I think it is time to buff big shield. (May be increase 500 hp)

    As big bandage and small bandage has a large healing different, big shield and small shield should also have a reasonable hp different.

    But at this moment the difference between big and small shield is too small (only ~600 hp )compared to big and small bandage.

    Beside, it can help defender under the recent high damage environment
