please ban "these" guys (frustration post warned)

Of course, some types listed below are probably not "banable" but I am sure many will sympathize with the idea of banning them...
- those who do not work as a team and decide to go off on their own, ending up getting killed right away, leaving a 4 vs 5 game
- those who dc right off the bat and ended up not moving one bit from home, not joining the battle, causing other players, who care about Infamy ranking to lose their ranks
- those who decide to stay back, hiding and/or chilling, when things go bad or when the whole battle seems overwhelmed with advantage on the opposing side
If there is ONE change I'd like to see in the game it'd be...
- make a game system based off the complaints above, making sure players who "do not do their share of play/battle for the reasons mentioned above" get proper deductions of some kind.
It is ridiculous and beyond any kind of frustration to see someone not doing his/her best fighting/earning ranks when there are people who are desperate for the Season Leagues.
Now I am sure there would be people jumping out saying "Ohhh, but there is nothing special about ranks" or whatnot (some other weak arguments),
but it'd be even more annoying (adding onto this frustration) just to hear them giving their 2 cents when they obviously don't care as much as those who do.

Look, some people will dedicate to some game, while some will continue to treat games as games for, perhaps, the next 3 decades.
Point is, it is sad to lose when you could win without people dragging you down or people who do not think or consider the effects of doing their share of work on the whole team.
So, perhaps ban those who do not participate in the game (say, those who do not move within the first 20sec) and get a internet/wifi connection check on your players before the start of each game, or something.
