Player Ratings and Feedback

During the after action report give players the ability to rate the other players in the match. Maybe a 1-10 stars scale or something similar and your average rating is displayed next to your name in the prebattle screen and somewhere in the bay screen.

There's really no way to communicate after a battle unless you friend request and start a private chat.
You could also include a feedback section where other players could provide you with tips to improve or just to tell you you did a good job. I think this will help the more experienced players "coach" some of the newer guys. These feedback messege would be private and could only be seen by the player they were sent to either in a separate mailbox of sorts or just attach it to the battle log.

This does sound interesting, but selfish fixers and other players with unique play styles would probably be rated lower.
Also I feel like the feedback section would only be used for people that are mad at their teammates (extreme salt?)

 

Ignore, report and block that's what I say lol

There are a lot of really helpful people on the bay and it would be nice for them to have an easy way to spread their wisdom.
