Personalized True Infamy Calculation and Lowest Tolerance Range

    My suggestion is every player has their own personalized true infamy calculation based on ship tier and arsenal. And with true infamy defined, we can set a lowest tolerance infamy range in which one cannot be under. Cos battling under this tolerance range will bear no rewards, no stars, and no guild quest progress.

    For example: player with mk4 and tier3 weapons true infamy is set at 1200 infamy, and the tolerance range is set at 500. That means if this player do a battle under 700 infamy, he will get no rewards, no stars, and no guild quest progress.

    This to discourage players from dropping infamy intentionally for whatever their reasons may be.

    I know that recent matchmaking system has been disastrous for players who depends on dropping infamy to complete guild quest. But since there are so many complaints from higher league players about the current matchmaking system, this idea can be implemented if the developer decides to use the old one.
