perks and ships abilities

    i thought we need some different types perks remove all older because in older gives u increase only, please add perks which increase and decrease like
    cannon = damage+% and reload +/ range decrease
    reload decrease and damage -%/range decrease
    turbo =speed+% and turning-%/gearlube-%
    Five different types ships every ships can use one special ability in battle for less duration like dmg increase and range down or other ,fixer heal more %,speeder move faster.
