Perdí mi progreso - I Lost My Progress

Hola a todos. Perdí mi progreso de nivel 28 al instalar a otro dispositivo. Cuando abro el juego me sale una cuenta de nivel 4 estoy desesperada por qué soy líder..ya intenté recuperar con el facebook y cuenta Gmail.
