Paid for Epic Chest - Did not get epic item

    Hi,

    I just bought the epic chest and didn't get an epic item. It says guaranteed. Who can I talk to about this?

    If by epic chest you mean a pemium chest (400 pearls), you get a guaranteed RARE item.

    For a guaranteed EPIC item you have to buy the 10x bundle (3900 pearls)

    hmm... maybe i am a noob .... in the description and in the screenshot you see an legendary item piece... you need 10 of this item to merge them to ab legendary ITEM
    you can watch plenty of vids at youtube .... 20000 gems spending and no one got a full legendary item out of a box ;-)

    You cannot find legendary items. Only legendary item pieces. You have to combine 10 to combine and get a legendary item.
