Overboost perks

    So... might have been discussed before. I asked on VIP but I couldn’t understand the reply.
    So I have 3 epic time duration on my Overboost. Each are 0.8
    My base is 6 and total is 8.3. The total from the perks is only 2.3. But if I multiply 3 x 0.8 = 2.4
    Why the difference?

    My tesla shield has 3 Rare, 0.5 each and the Perk total is 1.5
    Bandage is the same.. 3 epic perks 7.5 each. Perk bonus is 22.5

    So, Is it based off of time? And rounded down?

    It says "0.8", but that right there is where the rounding happened. It's really 0.75.
    So, while it should say 2.25, it says 2.3 (because they rounded there too).
