Not receiving daily 100 pearls from £4.99 pearl deal!

    Devs,
    I bought the "daily 100 for10 days to receive 100 pearls a day package" and did not receive the 8th and 10th day 100 pearls, I did log in for all them 10 days and my pearls did not increase. Here are screen shots of my pearls and the days they show.
    2 days ago (31 July 2018) shows 2 days left

    Today 02 Aug 2018 no change of 100 in pearls

    I didn't use up my pearls and I didn't swap perks. The difference in n pearls from now (2707) and last night at 22h15 (2672) is from attacks and opened boxes in the store.
    Please investigate your pearl packages. And Pay out the pearls that you promise in your packages.

    Reason for that is also, that they would need to verify your account ownership, payment details / receipts etc - which is all senstivie and private information we can not discuss on forums.
