As your infamy has dropped suddenly your account has been flagged for tanking.
If you lose more than 800 infamy from your highest then your rewards (stars / gold / sugar) will be heavily reduced until you climb back up.

    Why are you losing more?
My opinion is that Rovio uses 90% infamy and 10% boat mark for their matchmaking. When you go up in boat mark you are allowing the matchmaking system to selection from a higher grouping of marks. So it's expectable that you're going to face tougher opponents. For this reason, I don't upgrade my boat until my gear is fully read to go for that new mark. I use what I see in my matches as a benchmark for "fully ready to go". I'm looking at upgrading to M5 but I've been holding off. In my assessment, I need R-40 gear to make that work so until I have it the boat stays at M4.

Why are you getting no rewards?
Because Rovio, in a misbegotten attempt to stop "seal clubbing" said that if you EVER drop more than 800 points off your all-time career high then you must have done it on purpose and they punish you. The reality is that people who do this on purpose know about that so don't get caught by it. It's people like you who get nailed by this rule. It's a bad rule and they should scrap it entirely. At this point your only option is to play at 3k (which is where they are matching you now) and win enough to get your actual infamy back within the 800 point window. Good luck. I'm generally of the opinion that the seal clubbing penalty is so incredibly severe it's easier just to go find another game to play. I would consider it equivalent to being banned.
