Not connecting to servers

    Hi people of battle Bay
    Recently I haven't been able to connect to the servers for a week now.
    could someone give some reason why this is happening as i am kinda annoyed

    What happens when you launch the game?
    Any on screen message?

    it gets past the initial rovio logo but then stops on the loading screen and says 'failed to connect to server'
    this is even if I'm on wifi or have four bars of 4g

    Well, I can definitely say that the servers haven't been down for a week ...

    Have you (after ensuring that your account is synced to Apple or Google) removed and reinstalled the application to ensure you have the latest version?

    On the App Store there is no update alert for it
