No Stars for Fixers

I really like playing fixers a lot. I don't think I would really ever switch, but this is really frustrating. I can almost out-heal the damage of any other player, but I still end up at the bottom. Even if I manage to do damage or get kills, I never get more than two stars for it with my healing. I like the gameplay, but I hate the grind for stars. (If the attachment doesn't work, basically I did 3179 worth of healing, no damage, in a round which we won. The top for damage on my team was 2220, one kill and did not survive, and the top for the enemy was 3189, one kill. I placed at the bottom below a guy with 660 damage who died first, no kills. I feel a bit jipped.)
