No rest???

As we all are way too happy about the new update of game which allow us to play more as a guild then what was earlier. But the problem we are facing now is that we have to keep the pace ane heat on every single day. I mean we cannot be playing the game whole day and night. So i ask is there any way that some rest period is added after every rival war. Like 1-2 days where players can play as normal players rather than milking moblie and game also themselve continuously.
