    Not likely to happen. Turbo & Shield are pretty mandatory requirements and I don't think Rovio would put a ship into that position.

    You would also put yellow ships out of business. What you've got is a self healing enforcer, even without the shield the tape would compensate for the loss and beyond. Imagine trying to kill an enforcer with their bubble up and a tape underneath working away.

    There may be a feasible way do it (e.g. a support ship) but I just don't see any other ship getting a green slot right now.

    The only way this ship would work is if the yellow slot is gone and it has a large handicap in a stat, such as los hp or low turret rotation.
