Newbie in Need

    Hi, and yes, I'm a newbie, just 2 days into the game.

    Game was amazing with great graphic and gameplay until yesterday when every match I join is absurd with everyone else using ships of mk2 and above while I am still using Mk 1 ship cause I am still level 8.

    I still win sometimes, but as a liability in the team. Using canon will land some damage before getting killed by opposing team with 2 shots (I'm using shooter with only 550hp) while mortar will only land 2 digit damage on them.

    Kindly remake the matchmaking or am I doing anything wrong?

    Hahaha yeh in low leages mk1-2-3 get mixed up in a very weird way. It's quite unfair. I recently started playing with a second acc and I know exactly what you mean (I'm also lv8 haha). Just keep playing until you get better weapons.

    Also, people at that level are very unskilled, if you play well you can win the battle even if you have worse weapons.

    It's really only the middle that's "fair"-ish ship wise :)
    Low end you get a mix of mk1-2-3.. High end you get a mix of 5-6-7.

    Just hang in there, soon you'll have your own mk2 (and soon after that mk3) :)

    my kill/battle has drop from 3.2 to less than 2 now with me dealing an average of 100 damage per battle... haha... seems like i'm better off joining a game then AFK.. :(

    To tell you the truth you have reached limits of a mk1 ship. As it has low health you are their primary target to take out. Just bare with it for couple of days and once you get lvl 10 (i think) you will be able to get mk2 shooter which will take you upto 1k infamy. It gets competitive with increase in infamy as all noobs get general idea of gameplay. It is not unfair matchmaking but limitation of mk1 ship.

    you are in the limit of your boat.
    i reached 550 infamy with mk1 => majority of MK2-mk3
    855 infamy with mk2 => majority of MK3-MK4
    now 1029 infamy with mk3 => majority of mk4-MK5 (that's hurt it's terrible ^^)


    Often they are really really bad,

    @EdgarSC Player skill and item levels are more important than ship mk level tbh. Don't be discouraged by matchmakings that seem bad. Keep playing and if you're good you will rise in infamy.

    Also, get rid of that bandage. A shield or turbo would do you a lot more good.
