This new yellow item will be the first one to deal damage. When you hit your enemy with this straight line shot to make their blue items do the opposite of what they should do.

Turrets- you will have to move your turret in the opposite direction. Turn it left to go right, turn right to go left

Bandage- will now take away how much health it originally gave you for five seconds

*this will not affect shields or gear lube*
I feel like the duration on this item should be 15 seconds
    Blast radius of 2 meters
    Cooldown of 13 seconds
    2 slot point weapon

How about... You read my post about Ship Attributes!, maybe you did but... There are some flaws, like: make if affect more than blue items, maybe make it reverse healing? and make overboost and nitro move you backwards?

I did. If it reversed healing than that would be way too overpowered. Think about it. A fixer activates three duct tapes, and then that fixer could take 3000 damage over time. Insane. Overboost does make you move forward and backwards faster anyway. Nitro moving you backwards faster would be pretty awesome!

Say, the healing from the fixer would reverse by 40%. And the nitro and overboost would have only 50/40% effect
