New Yellow item: 2 Stage Nitro

Hey y'all,

I was talking to PastelPiku and got an idea. Don't know if there's a thread already or not. But here it goes.

Item name: 2 stage nitro
Slot points: 2
Cooldown: 20 seconds (nitro cooldown talents reduce the cooldown accordingly, nitro perks are compatible)
Description: It works in 2 stages, 1st stage is a reduced standard nitro effect (50% of normal nitro), but is capable of thrusting the ship backwards also if moving backwards before using the 1st stage. 2nd stage is a normal nitro but it takes 2.5s before becoming available after using stage 1. 2nd stage doesn't allow going backwards and has same effect as a standard nitro.

This is just my rough idea.
Suggestions are welcome.

Yeah speeder got nerfed a lot of times... It feels bad. This new item could revive in a way not sure though if it'll be implemented or not.
