New weapon.

    As a fixer I would be willing to swap my red weapon for this

    Sheep Dog Whistle - red 2 slot- 0 damage

    Summons a little tug boat that herds up your shooters and stop them going walkies while your trying to keep them all safe.

    Can also be used in the at the beginning when the one person spamming together is the one person going in the opposite direction to everyone else.

    The more you level it up the longer the tug boat stays around
    The higher the rarity the more tugs will appear.
