New weapon idea

    Speed Mortar
    Cooldown - 12.5 seconds
    Radius - 2.6 (2.8 if upgraded)
    Damage - the same as the standart mortar but minus 25 damage.
    Special Features
    * Fast travell time but sacrifices arc
    * direct hit is more common

    Plus what kind of a mortar is it if it doesnt have an arc
