new perks or perk buffs

    I feel new perk are need for some items in the game.so post what perk can help or suggest buffing some perk like...

    Aiming perk( new)- decrease the spread for some weapons( carronade, missiles, trip torp) narrowing the spread and making all hits connect

    Sheild health (buff) - can now be applied to tesla sheilds
