    the sniper ice shot perk sounds awesome!

    22.5% chance to freeze Heck Yes!

    And how about one for railgun

    15% extra damage to targets that are stunned

    I created the thread before this one. My threads LITERALLY get skimmed over. There are so many ideas people talk about and I reply saying that I already made a thread but it never got the views
