New Fixer Weapon Truly Legendary.

    The new weapon could be used on ones self or any single friend at 1 time. It should be a ranged heal in my opinion. Any way a ranged heal over time that could at the touch of a button take all the HP it was going to give to your friend and make it finish the H.O.T as 1 heal making the remainder left of the H.O.T a burst effect. In emergency situations of course. With this if it gets your wheels turning enough to out it to use Tape effect would have to be nerfed since a new co-op heal would be breaking new land. Just a thought.
