New event question

What is the purpose of the capture circle? Does it count as one kill or will it count as a win?

 

Well,I have no answer for this but I still have this question too.

Have you tried? I got really close but then I was attacked.

 

It resets once you get hit. Damage over time weapons prevents you from capturing at all until it runs out. Counts as win because you aren't sinking anyone.

 

Seen it done on Chill zone, unfortunately not in our favour!

 

Just tried it and it doesn't work anymore

 

Maybe it never actually did and i'm losing the plot. Seems likely...!

 

The capture percentage used to increase before, that's why I asked what it did. Now when went to the circle nothing happened

 

I played a battle once and a friend was sitting in the Capture Zone. He got shot a couple times, and the tracking icon showing the capture percentage disappeared. He kept sitting there, and the battle just ended randomly, with a victory. It was probably a bug that the capture percentage didn't show up.
So yes, as far as I know, it is possible to capture in Team Deathmatch.

 

I also had a game where I was sitting in the capture zone, and the timer didn’t start. I thought that maybe the devs had decided to remove it, but maybe it was a bug.

 

If you are the one who capture and have no damage, I suspect how many star you will get?

 

If you win. You get 1 star.
If you lose despite your attempts to capture but without shooting anyone, then you get 0 stars.

 

In the first deathmatch there was no capture circle
