New Blue item suggestion

    I came up with an idea for an item while reading the Tesla Shield’s description.

    The Tesla Shield only blocks airborne projectiles, not torpedos. So how about an item that acts similarly to the Tesla Shield but for torpedos. Now having hit points on it would make it too strong so what if it only blocked a percentage of torpedo damage for 2 torpedos. And the maximum it could block would be 20% or something.
