    Captain level : 27 and my sugar capacity is 575000 for that level.
    But It is showing Bhurt level 20 can be unlocked. I am at 16th level of Bhurt, while it says that 635000 sugar needed to upgrade to 17th level.
    Please clarify me how I will train ....

    To elaborate on this, your "max sugar capacity" can be temporarily exceeded by quest rewards. If you're sitting on a quest worth, say, 80,000 sugar when completed, and you bring yourself to the 575,000 sugar mark - evolve a low-ranked item (buy a Common if you have to!) to free up the space so your sugar number isn't red. Then redeem your quest reward, and you'll "overflow" beyond your cap. Immediately spend it on training Bhurt, and you're good to go.
