    Hi! A friend of mine has a problem with his account: his items disappear. All of them. But the strange detail is: all his perks are still there. Weird. Looks like an inside job, but nobody has access to the account.
    And he spent some money on the ship, so I don't think he did that "in purpose".
    I don't know, it's really weird.
    Can anyone check his account?
    There's two captures he sent me.

    Definitely a bug. One of the worst ones I've ever seen. Unless he mistakes the scrap button for the upgrade one :p I don't know what to say other than that the devs should get on this fast

    No item has ever been lost from the database due to bugs and not in this case either. Your friend logged in on 2017-07-22 01:17:58 UTC and scrapped all his items.

    If you your friend have any more questions please ask him/her to contact our support directly. Closing the thread as we can't handle personal account related matters on a public forum.
