    The rules are very clear: No public naming and shaming on the forums. If you want to report something, do it privately. Closing the thread.

    Nobody has the "judge in their pockets". Had this happened now after the recent fair play warning then all 4 players would have gotten banned. However, the replay is ancient from the last year.
