mk7 Speeder vs mk7 Defender Additional Stats is UNFAIR & not BALANCE!

In my observation Defender is being buffed while Speeder is nerfed (includes OB, Tesla etc.).

• Health

• Speeder = + 381 hp.
• Defender = + 1062 hp. (ok, I understand why you have larger additional HP)

• Speed

• Speeder = + .01 (This part is the most unfair thing and unbalance).
• Defender = also has + .01 speed.

​

• Ship Agility

• Speeder = + .4°
• Defender = + .6°

​

• Turret Rotation

• Speeder = + 1.2°
• Defender = + 0.6°

​

As you can see Defender has a lot of ADDITIONAL HEALTH (that's ok that's his asset) while Speeder his asset (speed) got only + .01 Speed and equal or the same addition of speed on defender. Why is it like this ? @Zeus @Bennunator @Miika @Dmg don @SirCornedBeef .

Ill post a mini guide to all speeders thinking about complaining further:
Step 1: Feel the urge to complain about how bad speeders are now.
Step 2: Open battle Bay app.
Step 3: Open global top list.
Step 4: Realize that 19 of the top 20 players are playing speeder.
Step 5: Decide to keep quiet

You are 100% right about this. They should have nerfed speeder speed in the last patch by about 0.1, then given it back in Mk 7 to make it a gain of 0.11

You should be glad that the dev's turned a blind eye to the number of speeders in the top 100 boats and didn't hit them directly with the nerf bat.

The real reason probably? There is a max speed that boats can reach that has been shown on the forums I believe. By bringing the speeder closer to that cap, it reduces the chances that certain items like turbo can actually help you. The devs are probably just making sure that all the items you can get are helpful to all boats.

 

wait. since when do ship stats increase after upgrade? (besides hp)

 

Its after update. Mk7 increase the ship's stats

 

You may call me "necromancer" but i have to say that i definitely agree this thread. This doesn't make any sense. There is a quite unfairness about that issue.
