Mis- Match Making Solution Suggestion

    I don't know if this already posted and im lazy to search. Anyway since the root of the problem is being matched and outclassed by higher tier ships with low infa, i suggest do the match making LEVEL-WISE (includes fleeting). The difference of the highest level ship to the lowest one should not exceed 5 regardless of infamy that way it'll also solve the clubbing problem in the bay. Fleeting should be of not more than 5 levels difference. Cheers!
