I was just wondering what the maximum speed was for every class ship as i've reached my maximum for a couple of ships but i haven't maxed out my turbo & i feel it seems a bit useless especially for my speeder.

Go to your inventory and select any ship. Tap on the speed in the stats below the ship. A small window will pop up and show you the max speeds for that particular ship.
Same can be done for other ship details like turrent speed and ship agility.

Yeah i know how to do that but i would like to see a chart/graph of all ships tier & stats. I personally think that it's crap when upgrading a ship like the speeder, that it gets worse for speed & maneuverability & not better ? Why does the mk 2 upgrading to mk 3 speeder have a blue slot from 1 to 2 & not another yellow slot ?

This is the case for all ships until mk7. Use blue items, perks and Captain upgrades to offset it.
