Max captain level and crew training

    Hey, i have a couple of questions for you, guys:
    - Which is the maximum captain level?
    - When i will hit my max cap level, will I have all my crew members trained to the max? I ask this couse i want to know how forgiving this game is when it comes to focus on new crew members instead of 'old' ones.

    Max captain level is 50

    You will be able to train all of you crew members to their max level
