Matchmaking/infamy system

    So Ive been playing for about a day now and (finally) have gotten the hang of the movement/camera system. I noticed 10 games or so my infamy was suddenly at 417 and Im always matched up with rooms full of mk3-5 ships with me in my little mk1 shooter.
    Are there just not very many new players? i keep getting stomped because of lack of hp and 2weap slots. Doesnt make for very fun gameplay.

    You would think so, but its been the same cycle for quite a while. Get up to 400 for no reason, get smacked around to mid 300s. Do "decent" (liberally) for a few games and back to 400. Rinse and repeat
