Mario cart like obstacles

    allow us to earn perks by completing obstacle courses like Mario cart, but in the water.
    This would also be a way to build skills outside of battle.

    *but first, fix the performance issues.

    Everyone would have to be speeder though. Or any other ship, as long as it's the same. Otherwise it's discriminate to slower boats.
