Lube and Rudder perk additions

    would like if gear lube & rudder ability was brought back, not as a gear itself. Some Perks have two abilities, so as such gear lube can be added to point weapons perk e.g. (+ % more damage & + % turret agility) and for rudder added to turbo( + % to turbo effect & + % to ship agility). would like a push for this. Thoughts?
