loss of account items

    Hello I am writing because I had an account from day one of the game coming out and had to stop for awhile... After going back to playing some time later every gun I had is gone... So I'm level 38 with no guns or anything. and after trying to start over at level 38 it is stealing my guns and items again... Is there any way to recover my account... Gamer tag# SHRFTHCH

    Can you describe the situation?

    Is it that you cannot access your account, or is it that you cannot see your items in your account?

    If it's the first case, you can simply sync your game through FB/Google Play

    I can access my account fine and play the game with no issues.... The problems is I go to play and everything in my inventory and on my ship is gone. I still had my gold sugar and pearls but everything esle is gone... So I bought low level weapons and started leveling them up and it's happening again... I'll go to bed wake up the following day and I'm missing weapons again...I don't umderunder how this keeps happening. And everything is still synced to all accounts...

    This is highly unusual. I'll ask a dev about this... Have you ever shared account credentials?

    More often than not in this situation, someone else (or a split personality) has access to the account and is deleting items ..

    Either way, they've stated they don't keep records of player items and will not replace any lost items.

    Your only recourse is to start a new account or find a different game.

    Only with my wife. She plays as well so we're linked through the same google account... But she has had no issues

    If you're linked to the same account, I think that means you also play on the same account in battle bay?

    Also, if you were hacked, the hacker may have your info for the account you synced it with. Might wanna change the password for that or something.

    I did do that after this and set up a 2 step verification through the Google account... I have had issues tax wise with identity teft and have to use special pin #s every time I file... But thanks for your advice and feedback.
