    I've formatted my cell phone with the factory default settings, and I stayed for a while without accessing the game, and now that I've connected, I can not access my account anymore, and it's just creating new users, I got a screen that shows the accounts connected to the email, but only the guest and new user exists. what do I do?

    Have you tried logging into FB? That usually works...

    Inventory items ( any amount of it, try all tho)
    Other stuff I don't know
