    Okay so I have a lvl IV rare cannon that when equipped it increases the damage of all my other equipped weapons and I have no idea why. Any ideas? It doesnt have any special perks equipped to it.

    Are you sure? There is a perk that slightly increases the damage of other weapons that can be fitted on all items called "weapon damage"

    two answers
    1) you have the perk equiped
    2) it's a bug

    I see it now! It has an epic perk that gives 1.5% increase to weapons fitted. I was under the impression that it only increased the singular weapon that it was fitted to. Thanks for the help

    It might be because of the shields of every ship that makes it seem like your canon is producing more to every weapon when it’s equiped.

    No he confirmed he has the epic perk which adds 1.5% damage to all weapons fitted to the ship :)
