Long Black Screen

    When exactly the "Guild Wars" started at exactly time, I was just disconnected while in a battle, the loading was just stopped in connecting, I tried restarting the app, but only there is a black screen; Then I tried restarting my device, but still just a black screen appears even I waited for too long. Help me pls to play this game again
